Regional Sales Manager - Midwest and Mid-Atlantic 

Raw Dynamic seeks a Regional Sales Manager to join its team. We're a dedicated team of pet enthusiasts crafting a line of human-grade whole foods, treats, and supplements for our beloved dogs and cats. As a Sales Representative, you'll represent a family-owned small business that takes pride in producing high-quality dog food with the finest ingredients. You'll have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell our premium products to pet stores, veterinary clinics, and other retail outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Job Knowledge - Proficient in roles based on education or previous experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the pet food industry with a  proven track record of exceeding individual or team sales targets
  • An infectiously positive attitude that is excited to work within a rapidly moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%-regionally via car or plane, weekends, and trade shows as needed
  • Strong comfort level and/or willingness to learn technology, specifically working with analytical and reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Foster positive working relationships and be adept at navigating diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the highest level of customer service by actively managing day-to-day store requests, such as sample needs, literature, swag, and nutritional information
  • Maintains a positive and fun approach to the business, in keeping with Raw Dynamic and its brand in the pet marketplace
  • Take complete sales ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the customers within the region, expecting continued growth.
    • These customers include franchises and independently owned pet retailers, among others.
  • Must be able to create, develop, and execute individual regional plans with key retail partners
  • Work collaboratively with Distributor partners.
  • Utilize Raw Dynamic systems and analyze store-level data to support and build out sales plans that will be implemented within the region.
  • Drives growth by executing action plans within regions, opening new retail doors, executing promotions, new product placement, event support, and training.
  • Possess the ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Must collaborate with necessary departments for the necessary flow of information
  • Maintain a high level of organization with an ability to prioritize tasks based on company needs while obtaining regional goals/objectives and meeting customers' needs in a timely order/manner
  • Monitors internal and external environment to identify trends and opportunities
  • Problem Solving - Able to foresee issues or opportunities and proactively implement solutions
